In line with our policy of being able to repair engines to new spec or replace with reconditioned units, we are able to do the same with diesel pumps and injectors.

We are able to make quick, accurate decisions whether or not to replace the components or to simply refurbish and save money.

So should the need arise for a truck’s pump and / or injectors to be removed, whether to be serviced or repaired, this is done in our in-house, state of the art, ADCO pump room.

Downtime is minimised and quality control is far more effective simply because the components don’t need to leave our premises.

Our involvement over the years with intercoolers for light commercial vehicles was and still is a big part of our business.

We manufacture and sell almost 100 intercoolers every month and have expanded our range to such an extent that there isn’t a bakkie that we can’t offer product for.

Naturally our expertise in this field does not go unused in the trucking industry. The coolers used on trucks are similar but only much bigger to that of the LCV’s.

Replacing a damaged cooler is very costly, so needless to say we would always try to repair a intercooler to the same specification as a new one if possible.

Should this not be possible, then we can offer you an internationally sourced brand new unit at a substantial saving or perhaps even be able to source you a good quality used unit from our substantial on-site parts holding.

Turbocharger fatigue or failure can result in further engine destruction if not detected in time.

Once again, because we are able to measure the performance of a turbo while under load, we can determine whether or not the components can be repaired or refurbished.

Should this solution not be acceptable, then we are able to provide you with a brand new Turbo at a competitive price and this often results in large savings while still keeping your truck 100% ship shape.
